1. What did life look like before you focused consistently on nutrition and fitness?

As a maturing woman, my weight kept increasing even though I was exercising.

2. What made you decide to make a change?
I needed to make a change or I would have ended up back at my pregnancy weight!
I decided to try the 21 Day Fix in March of this year.  I decided to do it Monday through noon on Friday and to continue my usual work out schedule.  This way I can have cocktails and sweets the the weekend!

3. What has changed (race times, blood work, attitude, etc.)?
I have lost 17 pounds!  21 Day Fix is something I plan on doing for the rest of my life.  It showed me that I was eating too little of the wrong combinations.


I have the Warehouse to thank for feeling stronger than I have in years!
