1. What did life look like before The Warehouse? What past experiences shaped your views on health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness?
Before The Warehouse, fitness was always a part of my life. It just looked a little different depending on the season. I loved working out at Life Time Fitness before having children, and then at LA Fitness when our kids were little. Later, I shifted to workouts at home, which were great but often interrupted. I became very familiar with the Pause
button for all the “mom moments” that popped up!
Those experiences shaped how I view health and wellness today, it’s not about perfection, but about persistence. Fitness has always been my outlet, my reset, and my way of carving out time for myself! Even when life was busy or unpredictable. The Warehouse has now given me a space where I could finally press play without interruption, and that has made all the difference!
2. What has your experience been like since being part of The Warehouse? What have you learned? What has helped you grow or evolve? |

Since joining The Warehouse, my experience has been both grounding and uplifting. I’ve learned the importance of showing up for myself being accountable to my own health and wellness goals but also how much stronger that commitment becomes when you’re surrounded by others who are on the same journey.
What has helped me grow is not just the workouts but the support I see and feel every day. Watching others encourage one another reminds me that this isn’t just about fitness it’s
about community. Even after a long day, I look forward to coming to The Warehouse because it’s a space where we lift each other up, celebrate progress, and keep pressing forward together.
The Warehouse has taught me that growth happens when accountability meets support, and that’s what makes this community so special.
3. What has changed for you (attitude, energy, habits, priorities, race times, blood work, confidence, etc.)?
Since joining, the biggest change for me has been in my confidence. I feel stronger not just physically, but mentally too. Working out with others has been such a fun and motivating experience! I never realized how much I was missing until I became part of this group. The energy, encouragement, and shared commitment have made fitness something I truly look forward to, and that shift has been a game-changer for me!
4. What is your favorite Warehouse workout song?
Honestly, I love the music! It keeps me moving and motivated, but I don’t think I could pick just one favorite!
5. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE WORKOUT CLASS?
I’ve really enjoyed Boxing Fusion, Pound, Oula, and Heated Yoga! I’m looking forward to trying new classes.
