About The Warehouse

Since becoming part of The Warehouse community, I’ve learned to love working out, to never give up on myself, and to let go of the pursuit of perfection.
— Molly B.

Shortly after having her first son, Nickie walked into a group fitness class hoping for an hour to herself and a little human connection. The instructor never looked up. Nobody said hello. She left feeling more invisible than when she arrived.

She promised herself that if she ever taught a group fitness class, no one would ever feel that way again. So that's how she taught from then on: she learned people's names, she looked up, she said hello.

Fitness had already been Nickie's love since childhood, and she taught anywhere that would have her: community centers, big-box gyms, corporate wellness. In 2013, when the martial arts studio hosting her Boot Camp class closed and she had a following with nowhere to go, that promise became a business. She and her husband spotted a "for rent" sign on the old Corrigan Electric building, rented it, and opened The Warehouse in 2013, a place built around one idea: no one should ever feel invisible in a workout again.

More than a decade later, in the same town, that's still the promise. Walk through the door, and an instructor will know your name. You'll be seen. You'll be missed if you don't show up. And working out stops being something you do alone.

The original location of The Warehouse opened on June 3rd, 2013.

Today, we are located a stone throw away from our original location.

What you will find here

At The Warehouse, we focus on more than just your body. We believe fitness and movement should be fun, engaging, and give you the results you desire.

Fitness

Healthy people are happy people. Healthy people are better parents, employees, spouses, friends, and contributors to their communities. At The Warehouse, our instructors will help you unleash your inner athlete, bad ass, dancing queen, (you name it) and help you find the best version of you.

Friendships

Train among people who care about you. At The Warehouse, you become part of our community; our fitness friends. Many of us connect in the lobby after class, and even build friendships outside of the gym. We all simply care about each other. If you don't come to class, we miss you. Not only do we miss you, but we help you stay accountable to the reasons you signed up in the first place.

Fun

Fitness doesn't have to be a grueling calorie scorching session that leaves you feeling gutted. At The Warehouse, we make fitness fun and approachable by providing variety, creativity, and exercises to fit your fitness goals.
