1What did your fitness and wellness journey look like before joining?

I didn’t have much of a fitness routine before. Some of the gyms I went to before I wouldn’t really know how to use all the equipment and get intimidated by the large classes.

2. What experiences or seasons of life shaped how you view health, movement, and self-care today?

After college having an office job where I sit all day I’m definitely not moving as much as I was previously.

3. What brought you to The Warehouse, and what has your experience been like since joining?

I was looking for a new gym that offered classes and have loved the variety of classes that make me want to come to gym.

4. What have you learned about yourself, and how has our community played a role in your growth?

I like the community The Warehouse provides and having familiar faces as well as having different events throughout the years such as get fit with a friend.

5. What positive changes have you noticed physically, mentally, or emotionally since joining? 

This year I have been able to keep a consistent habit of going to the gym and have noticed increased energy and I sleep better when I work out.

6. Favorite Warehouse workout song (or a type of music that fires you up)?

Anything with a good beat

7. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE WORKOUT CLASS?

I like the variety of classes that are offered at The Warehouse but my favorite classes tend to be Oula and Pound.

8. Favorite motivational saying, quote, or mantra?

The best exercise is the one you actually do.
