Warrior MOM

My name is Danelle I have been working with Nickie for 2+ years. I was at a point in my life where I know I needed to focus on my health and fitness.  I was over 170lbs and I did not feel good about myself. I felt fat and super insecure I have 2 kids and at that time they were 7 and 9, so they were too old for me to blame them for my FAT!! I loved food. I was never a big sweet eater but chips and fast food, I could put that stuff away J. I finally talked to a friend that got me going to Central Square Community Center where I met Nickie.

From the beginning she motivated me and I was obsessed! I loved going to her Boot Camps and Abs Classes. I was working out, getting into shape but I still loved to eat. She was having a weight loss class for 6 weeks. I figured, what do I have to lose?  So, I signed up for it. In those 6 weeks I started eating right and, started drinking Shakeology and getting really in to her Challenges and her 3 Day Cleanse. (That is awesome, but hard) and really started to see results … well since it was a contest I had to win. I worked super hard and I won J It was the greatest feeling.  After that, I still continued my journey of weight loss. I ended up becoming a coach for BB and made it up to emerald status. I could really see drastic changes at this point, down a couple pants size, and smaller clothes all around. I began going to Northwest Martial arts where Nickie taught Boot Camps. Also, I tried to stay on top of things with work outs  at home like Insanity (My Fav), P90X, Brazil Butt lift, and Hip Hop Abs.

Today,  I am still down weight and I quit smoking after years. I entered the Warrior dash and the color run. I could not believe I could actually do that. It felt so good. To this day I am still down about 30 lbs, pants down 2 sizes, No smoking, and still working out to all my Beachbody videos and try to attend live classes when I can. Like I said I am a mother of 2. My daughter is 11 and is in COMP dance classes, Volleyball and in after school activities. My son is 9 and he plays football, baseball and hockey.  They keep me very busy. I always seem to find time to work out, even if it’s just a 20 min work out. I look back on pictures and I will never let myself get like that. I almost laugh and I actually think, what was I seeing at that point in my life that didn’t make me do something sooner?? I now can wear a dress and feel secure. Great feeling and I honestly could not have done it without the help of Nickie. Yes, I fell off a little here and there, but I never stopped and gave up. She always kept on me. LOL

Thanks, Nick.
